In recent years, I have noticed an alarming increase in targeted ads. As an avid online shopper, I see ads every time I open my phone. My social media is filled with ads from businesses, big and small. I have even thought to myself, "I can imagine a product I’d like to buy, and it will magically appear on my phone." The more this keeps happening, the more comfortable consumers are with it.
