Hello!! I’m glad to share with you a bit of my journey.

I’m Joyce Cruvinel, born and raised in Brazil, living abroad for the past 30 years, learning new languages, and discovering new cultures.

One of my passions is living a healthy lifestyle. My path in the health field started as a Ballet teacher and Pilates instructor evolving to be a physiotherapist. I later discovered myself within alternative approaches to health and become a Rolfing Structural Integration practitioner and a Holistic Nutritionist. In this journey, I healed myself taking care of what goes into my body from the food I eat to beauty products, clothing materials, EMF, thoughts, among others. That’s why I care deeply for others' health and my mission to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle.

As we saw the world evolving with the pandemic, we felt drastic changes happening around us. As a small business owner, I was deeply affected by it.
