Why I Joined The Blockchain Ecosystem Powered by CrowdPoint
Do you feel like the hard work you put in each day is building towards something greater? Do you actually know the path to get there and how much of it is controlled by the authority or someone else? Sure, you can see lots of entrepreneurs out there all “working for themselves, and being their own bosses.” Are they really in control of their destiny or is it determined by someone or something greater such as a bank, the government, or a fortune 500 corporation? How do they compete with the big corporations with deep pockets and endless resources? The answer is: The majority of us have little to no control over our destinies and don’t even know it.
Many of the things we own, lease, and consume daily have been conditioned into our brains just by having a simple conversation with a friend about it. Is this a controlled destiny?
I graduated from one of the best business schools in Canada, worked, and studied at the same time for 6 years to obtain my Chartered Professional Accountant designation. With those skills I helped a good friend grow his family business into a multi-million dollar entity, was promised my share, and after a decade only to be handed an envelope thanking me for my hard work and it was time to move on.
I saved and saved to purchase my first property, only to have its value depreciate year after year because my government neglects its economy, and instead protects the bank should the mortgage on the property produce a deficit. Where is my protection? These were supposed to be life-changing investments, or at least that’s what I was told.
Everything is based on money and control, we’ve lost that sense of togetherness as human beings when it comes to business. This is why I decided to take back that control and empower others to do the same by becoming a MicroPreneur.
A MicroPreneur is like an entrepreneur except our vision isn’t solely based on one industry or market. Fulfillment comes from connecting consumers and small businesses on the Blockchain where both sides can reap benefits from an old-fashioned barter. We actually care about the products we distribute and the people we deal with on both sides of the transaction spectrum. We have faith and belief in a better way. Now, you don’t need to know all the ins and outs of how the blockchain works, but what you do need to know is it provides a Marketplace without all the trading of consumer’s personal information.
The products and services come from people who provide them from the soul, they believe in them and care about changing lives. They aren’t companies looking to herd consumers into buying the cheapest product at the highest price, as much as possible by exploiting you. The identity of your decision-making alone gives you value and this is what I call control.
Eliminating exploitation and connecting buyers and sellers together organically is something I have become deeply passionate about. If we can all benefit from it, that is what I call a win-win. Welcome to the fourth industrial revolution.
